Los Angeles: The Sikh community in American celebrated the Bandi Chor Diwas at the Hollywood Gurudwara in Vermont Los Angeles.
The Hollywood Gurudwara is a landmark of the Sikh community in California. On this day, the Sikh community of Los Angeles celebrated Bandi Chor Diwas, which commemorates the release of the sixth Sikh Guru Hargobind from the prison.
The Hollywood Gurudwara was lit up and traditional Langar (community kitchen) food was served to the people of all across life that visited the Gurudwara on the occasion that comes on the same day as the Hindu festival of lights Diwali.
